Our Minimum Booking Period is 1 Month, so yes you can book 1 month for your vacation.  We recommend booking it, for a bit before and after your vacation.  This way you have some wiggle room, and don't need to shovel the day you get home.

Yes! We aim clear all our clients homes within 6 Daylight Hours AFTER the Snow ends. We do not come out at night, or until the snow has stopped to prevent re-shoveling. During a continuous (multi day) snow event, we will show up once per day to clear your property.

Our guarantee however, is 24hrs after the snow ends, to align with city bylaws.

Once the snow stops falling, if it has accumulated more than 1cm, we will be out clearing.  A light dusting doesn't qualify for service.

Depends. Because we offer a discount when signing up for a full season, you'll have to sign a contract.  But if you only need a month or two, there is no contract required!

No.  Especially in heavy snow, we have to use gas powered equipment, which is too loud to use at night.  We work starting 9am, to avoid noise complaints.
