Calgary Bylaws
We guarantee your property will be cleared within the 24-hour requirement set by Calgary city bylaws. Our goal, however, is to have all homes cleared within six daylight hours after the snowfall ends.

After each service, you'll receive a photo of your cleared property, and can give any feedback needed!
No Subcontractors
We never use subcontractors, always our own crews to ensure the best service. Most times the same person will clear your home, allowing them to provide better service each time.

If your car is in the driveway, when we show up. We will do our best to clear around it, and ensure your vehicle isn't blocked in by snow. But we cannot remove snow left under or on the vehicle.
You'll receive a email containing a photo of your cleared property. If you don't see the emails arriving make sure to check your spam!
Our Minimum Booking Period is 1 Month, so yes you can book 1 month for your vacation. We recommend booking it, for a bit before and after your vacation. This way you have some wiggle room, and don't need to shovel the day you get home.
Yes! We clear all our clients homes within 24 Hours AFTER the Snow ends. We do until the snow has stopped to prevent re-shoveling. During a continuous (multi day) snow event, we will show up once per day to clear your property. Our guarantee however, is 24hrs after the snow ends, to align with city bylaws.
Once the snow stops falling, if it has accumulated more than 1cm, we will be out clearing. A light dusting doesn't qualify for service.
Yes! When you sign up with a neighbor, both of you get 10% off your service!
To be considered a "Neighbor" their house must be within a very short walking distance of yours. Likely within 1-3 houses, or just across a low traffic residential street.
Our Contract covers, All Snow falls over 1cm between Oct 15th - April 15th (6 months). We offer a 10% discount when you sign up for the whole season.
